Website Redesign
A confident second act for websites that were good enough — until the business grew past them.
Most redesigns quietly lose the ranking and revenue the previous site had spent years earning. Ours don't. We inherit the audit — top pages, keywords, backlinks, converting flows — before touching the design, then rebuild around what's already working while fixing what isn't. You get a site that looks a decade ahead of where you were, with the traffic and enquiries intact.
The outcomes we're accountable for.
Rankings preserved
Every URL audited and 301-redirected so Google inherits your existing authority.
Data-led decisions
We start with your analytics — the redesign fixes what's measurably underperforming.
Brand refresh
A visual upgrade that reflects where the business is now, not where it was five years ago.
Improved conversion
Enquiry paths, forms and calls-to-action redesigned around real user behaviour.
Faster site
Modern codebase and hosting typically halve load time versus the site being replaced.
Governance
A new CMS and content model designed to keep the site consistent as it grows.
The process, step by step.
- 01
Audit
Analytics, Search Console, backlink profile and heat-map review to understand what to keep and what to change.
- 02
Redirect map
Full URL inventory with 1:1 redirects mapped before we design anything.
- 03
Design
Redesign of every page type with the new brand system and clearer conversion structure.
- 04
Build & migrate
Content migrated, images re-optimised, schema and metadata retained or improved.
- 05
Launch & monitor
Search Console reindexing, ranking checks and CWV monitoring for the first 90 days.
Answers before you have to ask.
- Will my Google rankings drop?
- Not if the redesign is handled properly. We map every URL and monitor Search Console for the first quarter. Small short-term fluctuations are normal; sustained losses aren't.
- Can you keep our best-performing pages?
- Yes. Pages that already convert or rank are rewritten and reskinned rather than replaced from scratch.
- Do you handle the migration?
- End-to-end — content, imagery, redirects, DNS, analytics and search tooling all handled by us.
- How long does a redesign take?
- Typically 8 to 14 weeks depending on the size of the existing site.
- Can we redesign in stages?
- Yes. Phased redesigns are ideal for larger sites where a big-bang launch is risky.
