Starter (£95/mo), Business (£195/mo) and Enterprise (£395/mo). Each includes hosting, maintenance and a monthly allowance of changes — the difference is the volume and priority.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, up or down at any time. No penalty.
Do you care for sites you didn't build?
Yes, subject to an onboarding audit. We'll be honest if a site is beyond care and needs a rebuild first.
How do I request changes?
Email or the client portal. Standard requests within 24 working hours, urgent within 4.
Is there a minimum term?
Three months, then rolling monthly. Cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
